We have been completely satisfied with Century 21 Property Management Company. They do an outstanding job of background checking for new tenants, and that has been the number one road to success with all our income properties. We have never had to evict or challenge in court. We get great communication in a timely manner, sound advice to help us make business decisions, and perfect monthly/annual reports to assist us in tax preparations. Maintenance and repairs are executed by dependable local vendors who get it right the first time. I highly recommend this management company. We have used them exclusively since 2008.

Century 21 is a great management company. We rented a home through them from July 2015-June 2016 and never had an issue. They were always easy to work with, answered any questions we had on move-out, and were prompt if we ever needed service for the house.

Before we moved out, we asked them to hire the carpet cleaners and exterminators (we had pets) so it would be done how they like it, and they were fine with that. Within 2 weeks of us moving out, we had our deposit back minus the amount for pest control and carpet cleaning. I was surprised, as I've heard many horror stories before about management companies trying to nickle and dime you about your deposit. Not the case here....thankfully!

We have rented through Century 21 for the last year and just signed a new lease. They are great to work with and are very prompt with any repairs that arise. I highly recommend them!

When we call for repairs, they are very cordial and pleasant to work with, they respond immediately in fixing the repairs.
